The expanded program covers HiPerFET power MOSFETs such as the IXFN44N50 and IXFN44N80, HiPerFAST and ultra-low VCE(sat) IGBTs including the IXGH38N60 and IXGH30N60C2, MCMA thyristor modules from 140 A to 700 A, and DSEI and DSEP fast recovery diodes. Together these devices serve switch-mode supplies, power-factor correction, inverters, motor drives, welding and induction heating, and high-power rectifiers. Additional ratings are added as demand is confirmed, and allocation-sensitive high-current parts continue to be scheduled against customer forecasts.
