The IXGH30N60C2 is a 600 V / 30 A IXYS IGBT in the isolated TO-247AD package, a HiPerFAST device optimized for very high switching frequency and a square reverse-bias safe operating area. Where the ultra-low saturation voltage part favors conduction loss, the HiPerFAST C2 family favors switching speed, which suits switch-mode and resonant-mode power supplies, high-frequency inverters, induction heating and welding equipment where the switching frequency is high.
